These terms govern use of the Penta Infra website and general service enquiries. A separate written quotation, work order or service agreement governs any confirmed engagement.

Website descriptions, package prices and service examples are general information and may change. They do not constitute a binding offer.
Inspection and quotation
Final scope, exclusions, manpower, visit frequency, materials, response expectations, pricing and schedule are subject to inspection and written approval.
Materials and additional work
Materials, spare parts, consumables, major repairs, specialist services and statutory approvals are charged separately unless expressly included.
Access and safety
Customers must provide safe and lawful access. Work may be paused where conditions are unsafe, inaccessible or outside the approved scope.
Emergency support
Emergency or priority response is subject to package coverage, location, technician availability, issue type and safe working conditions.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding and design may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
